梁時民、男、汉，1959年生，先後畢業于四川美術學院、廣西藝術學院,獲美術碩士學位,武漢大學博士學位。現任中國美術家協會理事、中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長，四川省美術家協會主席，一級美術師，國務院政府特殊津貼專家。

   Liang Shimin, male, Han, born in 1959, graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and Guangxi Academy of Arts with a Master's degree in Fine Arts, and a PhD from Wuhan University. The current director of the China Artists Association, vice president of the Xu Beihong Painting Academy in China, chairman of the Sichuan Artists Association, first-class artist, and expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council.
